bunions

Has anyone had a bunion on the side of their foot near their little toe? I've googled but can't see any thing like it. It's almost halfway down my foot and it's rock hard. I have had an x-ray today but don't see my doctor until next week. Anyone had something similar?

I'm assuming it's a bunion ( sadly based off google)

A Tailor’s Bunion is on the side of the little toe. I had mine removed on both feet. They were done at the same time as a regular bunion was being removed.

Reading your post again, I would just add that a Tailor’s Bunion is up near the little toe. I would not describe it as being half way down the foot.

I'm not a podiatrist or doctor, but it could be an accessory bone (I've got one that was recently diagnosed through an x-ray). It doesn't sound like a bunion if it's halfway down your foot.

My accessory bone is not painful so is I'm not having any treatment for it.
