Found a rather large light blood stain on my pants

I am 50 and in Peri, my periods are now sporadic and not so often, now very irregular, like every 3-4 months if I’m lucky.
Had my smear test few months ago, all ok.
Anyway today at the toilet I noticed a light red stain on my panties.
I immediately thought oh hello, period, as my boobs hurt for few days badly.
However the position of the stain seems to be rather pointing at the back part, where my bum hole would be.
Sometimes my panties move all over, gets stuck in my bum or being to high etc, so I thought maybe it’s that, also I’m today wearing quite uncomfortable new jeans, where they sort of pull my panties all over.
The stain is rather like large drop of light blood ( looks like a map) no skid marks or anything like that.
But also last weekend a week ago I couldn’t go for a toilet for good 4-5 days, we were at in-laws and I always eat lot there but I just didn’t need to go !
Similar happened this weekend, also I’m quite dehydrated as I’m a poor drinker my whole life ( I drink only one drink per day , stupid me)
Now I worry about bowel cancer etc.
Sometimes I feel wet just after I poo , like a clear liquid on the toilet paper.

If you don't have any abdominal pain and you've not noticed any blood when you wipe, it doesn't sound too sinister. I'd keep an eye in it and see your GP if you're worried.
