On combined pill and having big problems sorry if tmi

Been on the combined pill for little over half the year now. Have had big clots during the week off, sometimes they’re just pouring out of me, thick lumps of congealed blood sorry if tmi.

This month I attempted to go back to back with packets as on holiday but exactly the same thing has happened anyway. Abroad for a while now and wondering if it’s a big deal or normal. Can’t see anything on the pill leaflet to say much about clots during periods so unsure what to do. Always have heavy periods and the pill is making them less than usual but don’t normally have large clots every month and certainly not so many. Bit worried I suppose, I’m 37 and bmi 27 so overweight if that makes any difference,

I would take pictures of big clots and go to doctors when home. I'm sure it's not a issue but better to check

Could you be one of the fibroid suffers and not know it. Some women never know they’ve symptoms.

Told at 42 give up the pill for going on hrt. Very hard as it started to ease so called fibroid pressure. Passed black clumps which someone said could be fibroid breakdown but that another one would be growing. Very confused as how much of this is hormones deplete/in balance etc.

Hope to hold out for next scan in the autumn if I can. If the fibroid has gone it will then make sense.

Thanks @Ladymuck2022 I suppose it could be. I will look into that.
