Breast dimpling or stretch marks???

Hi everyone ,

Around 2 months ago I noticed that when I lift my arm I have what looks like stretch marks ? Above the nipple. It's only noticeable when I lift my arm up high!

I'm scared incase this isn't stretch marks and it's breast cancer (I have health anxiety , my mind goes to worst case scenario)

It's only on one breast and not the other, this breast is also larger than the other one but I'm pretty sure it's always been like this?

I had a baby a year ago so stretch marks are common I think? And I'm only 20

I've attached pics, is this something I should see the GP about?
