Bleeding help

Hi everyone

I started brown staining 11 days ago when my period was due thought my period was going start as it went to browny red then next 2 days I had nothing then had bleeding on in the toliet nothing really coming out on my pad for 5 days (my periods are normally really heavy ) yesterday I only had brown when wiping today I have bad cramps and went to toliet its bright red blood in the toliet and I'm having cramps .
I'm worried something is wrong with me I've never had this happen me normally day 7 is just brown for me scared this isn't going to stop and I can't get doctor appointment till 19th

Anyone any ideas what could be going on tia
