Help needed please is this an abscess 🤔

I've got a lump (picture on) it's not a bartholin cyst as its further down towards the cheek, it's sore to touch and I've had it looked at by the local walk in centre who diagnosed an abscess and gave antibiotics but it's not going anywhere and antibiotics have not helped.
The lump under the skin is quite biggish and the top is tender when messed with.
Has anyone experienced anything like this please as it's worrying me sick 😫

Just book an appointment in again with your doctor if things haven’t improved

If it’s an abscess it likely won’t go away with just antibiotics. It needs draining and a course of antibiotics. I’d go back to see a Dr.

Going to the gp at 12pm see what they think.
