Hi I've just changed from microgynon 30 to degestorel the leaflet says to take at same time everyday but within 12 hours is OK but the box says the same time everyday.. I might sound stupid but I'm confused do I have to take this at the exact same time daily or within 12 hours thanks in advance xx

I think it means if you forget and remember within 12 hrs then take it the, but ideally the same time each day.

I remember finding it tricky to work out time differences to take it when I was on holiday.

Take it at the same time, otherwise it might be like taking 2 in 24 hours.. if too late taking first then the next whatever time again...
