Weird periods dark brown 3 months post lletz

Had my LLETZ procedure done (clear margins thankfully) beginning of May and my periods since then have been dark brown and stringy which is a complete change to what they were pre LLTEZ had any Mnters had similar issues before I do the 8am hustle for appointment with GP.

My periods were very different after the LLETZ I had done two years ago. I used to get light pink bleeding/discharge the day before heavier red bleeding. After my LLETZ is started brown and stringy and less distinct red bleeding. It gradually got better over time but my periods are now a lot different to what they used to be. I still get some of the brown stringyness, but less so. I never went to see my GP about it as I read some similar accounts online and thought it was normal. If you did go see your doctor I'd be interested to know what they said.
