Copper coil replacement problems

Hi everyone,
Sorry this is a long one

I had to get my copper coil replaced because it had twisted and went low in my uterus. This was after a year of having it.
A week before replacement I had flu symptoms for 1 day (feverish) followed by couple of days of chesty cough. Replacement went fine and has been over 1 week since .
On Thursday evening I had the worst night, had a high temperature, shivering then hot. The next day I basically slept most of the day as I felt awful.

Come to today, Ive felt like normal until cramps started. Very bad cramps in my lower belly. I've had few children with only gas and air. These cramps definitely feels on par with contractions. It comes in waves and I'm almost doubled over in pain.
When I had the coil replaced they said to come straight to them if any issues (sexual health clinic) but they are closed on weekends. I've thought about calling 111 but I doubt they'll do much with it being a gynae issue.
Wondering if anyone has had similar issues. Is it unreasonable to wait until Monday morning when the clinic opens?
Thanks everyone

I would definitely call 111 and just see what they suggest. There will definitely be somebody who can deal with gynae issues.
