Going back about 4 years ago I was constantly bleeding. I'd have my usual period, then spot every day until my next period (this was for about a year then it randomly stopped) I had so many scans, biopsy on my womb and everything came back clear so my gyno put it down to hormones. I had my baby a year ago (was bleeding throughout pregnancy and they didn't find a cause for it) after my c section I was told I was endometriosis and if I knew about it which I didn't. My periods have been pretty regular since but the last couple of months I've been spotting before and after my period again (spotting when I wipe and after a bowel movement sorry tmi) I feel exhausted all the time, my legs are SO achy, terrible lower back pain and some discomfort during sex. I'm wondering whether this is endometriosis and so waiting for the doctor to get back to me. Anyone else with similar symptoms? And are these typical symptoms endo symptoms?
