What could be wrong with my ovaries?

Hi all for backstory I had 3 c sections in 3 years and I am 10-11 months pp now

during that pregnancy and after I was getting period like cramps when I needed to go toilet I got an ultrasound for this and nothing showed but one ovary was hidden however no pain was there so they didn’t rebook I also had a smear 12 weeks after giving birth came back fine
pain eased up then 2 months later came back during random times and periods started and are way more painful then they were before, the pains became weekly pains and even odd bleeding after period (only happened once) but now the pains are daily pains I feel like I am permanently on my period because of these cramps
doctor can’t see me until next month but I’m worried because of the pains becoming worse and more frequent
and yesterday when I was about to have ya know I got severe pain when aroused?

i guess something is obviously wrong but any ideas? Should I advocate even more to be seen faster?

Unfortunately there are lots of different gynae illnesses that cause cramping. This is one of those situations where you are best off just waiting for a scan than trying to second guess. Good luck, I hope it comes quickly and all goes well.

If one ovary was hidden must be a reason for that! I'm thinking adhesions from all the c sections as thats what i have(had) after just one.
Doctors havent found the cause for my pains tho, even after removing the adhesions I'm almost the same. I'll update u if i find out what it is... i used to get the same when aroused aswell ..totally put me off doing anything.. but do seeks gp, as takes forever for referals ....
