As young adult Londoner, I was wondering if anyone knew of a "permanent flatshare or houseshare supported women" type of scheme for accommodation? Is there something you can find online?
I say permanent instead of temporary and within London. Permanent/long term instead of having to move out like temporary. I don't like temporary and having to pack and move over and over again. I want settled within a shared with others of the same gender. Like a Women's Refuge, but more different if you know what I mean... This is something I need, rather than living by myself in a studio. Having someone visit me in my current living situation wouldn't help me at all. I need a change of environment from living by myself as a single lady. I can look after myself nostly, but it's just depressing living alone. It's too long to explain my circumstances. I have depression, anxiety and autism but I'm told I'm "high functioning". Adult Social care assessed me to say that they can't offer me anything because I don't have physical illness which is what they primarily focus on. Is there something else you're aware of? For supporting women and sharing Housing? Please don't be annoyed with me.
