Purple spots on breast

I breastfeed my 1 year old still but very rarely, nothing happened I just noticed this when I got in the shower tonight.. feeling crazy cause idk if it's nursing that's causing all the changes or if I should make an appointment.

Are you otherwise feeling well, no temperature or anything?
If you have a temperature or are feeling unwell and they don't blanch under a glass I would seek medical advice asap.
Otherwise no idea really, hard to say if they're anything to worry about.
My doctors has an online system called Patches where you can send a photo in for review, might be worth doing that if your surgery has a similar system?
