Uti progressing into something else?

I had a uti about 6 weeks ago, took a 3 day course of antibiotics and seemed ok. It came back again Sunday, was up over 15 times in night to pee, dr did wee test and blood in urine so 5 days antibiotics this time.
This afternoon wfh I felt really unwell, hot and shivery. Had normal temp of 37, it's now gone up to 38.1 an hour later. Is this a uti or something else? Surely it should get better three days in to antibiotics. I feel flu like.

Could be a new infection (covid or flu) or it could be developing into a kidney infection. Don’t wait around ring 111 for advice. Also look up spesis symptoms and if you have any then go straight to A and E.
