I have stage 4 endo, diagnosed from ultrasound
Had my first consultant appointment and MRI
The next stages for me are another consult with MRI results, a multi disciplinary team meeting, medical menopause for a few months and then operate to excise the endo

I have pain mostly on my right ovary constantly, period pain that I feel faint with (can't move, speak, anything) and bowel issues

I had adenomyosis.

I had a hysterectomy as it's the only cure.

If you are not planning on having children, or have completed your family or whatever I'd simply state this is your preferred option as it's the only cure.

A hysterectomy is the only cure for adenomyosis but unfortunately it does not cure endometriosis.

OP, it sounds as though your endo may be rectovaginal? Have you been listed for a joint surgery?

I want anything for this all to stop… i have 3 beautiful children and 2 daughters that sadly passed away due to negligence in 2021 and 2022… my family is complete I need to focus on me now ☹️ iv been crying all evening feeling sorry for myself 😣

They'll have a good chat when you have your appointment, mine suggested the plan to me just from the ultrasound. But I had an MRI so they can see it in more detail
Mine wants to operate to remove it rather than doing a diagnostic op first
