Hello. Just wondered people’s experiences after coming off the mini pill?
I had been on this particular pill just over 2 years. Norgeston progesterone only. I found that I’ve had really low libido and vaginal dryness. (Sorry if TMI but even when we use a sex toy for clitoral stimulation, I can orgasm but still dry) I decided to come off it to see if this would help symptoms.
I came off it at the end of the April and had a bleed in May, and one on June. I’m now effectively 3 or 4 days late and really don’t feel like I’m coming on my period like I usually do. What are peoples experiences with their cycles after coming off the mini pill or any pill? We’ve been using condoms, no accidents and really don’t want to get pregnant. I’m thinking it’s maybe my cycles trying to get back to normal, but as I’ve had two periods since coming off it I wasn’t sure.
Can I ask people’s experiences?
