So DD is 9 months now and has not been breastfed since 2 weeks after birth. After the lochia stopped, i've maybe had 2 light periods and some light spotting at random intervals.
The last 4 months I seem to get PMS but no period or spotting at all. Recently the symptoms have intensified too, very painful cramps, loose movements and intense nausea. I can 100% guarantee I am not pregnant, have not DTD since before giving birth.
I had one depo shot back in October after pressure from my GP but then decided to forgo contraception to give my hormones more time to regulate.
Is this normal? How long should I wait till I speak to a Dr?
