Been doing pelvic floor exercises since early pregnancy - baby is 12 months tomorrow. I actually had an emergency c section but I had worked to get her out the other way so pelvic floor definitely took a hit. That said I've not had really any issues with leaking etc
I only ever do once a day. I know your supposed to do 3 but I just don't ever remember! but I have been adding to it over time to challenge the muscle.
I do: 10x slow ones - 10 seconds 10 squeeze hold 10 release
Started with 10 pulses now do 50 and then 50 faster ones
Half squeeze hold - again started with 10 seconds but up to 50.
The last 2 weeks I feel like something's up. I can feel my muscles doing what I tell them to do but I can never feel the "tension". If that makes sense. Like doing an ab workout and not getting the pain. I'm struggling to explain it. But a change like this is weird right?
Who would I even talk to about this kind of thing? It's not hurting or uncomfortable or leaking. I feel like I can't go to the drs with it.
