I need help.
I went for a pap test, breast exam(found two inactive lumps- one in either breast). the sonar imaging shows adenomyosis, they drew multiple vials of blood for other tests, as well as a testing HPV (positive 16)
the reason for the test was symptoms i've been having.
Im 30y with 1 D (11). I had a Miscarriage about a year after her birth. Have'nt been able to get pregnant since, recently husband and i have been really trying, about a year or so. and for about that same time i have been having issues. very specific my period is not constant, ranging 2 days to 7 days, heavy to light, sometimes it skips. i have severe abdominal pain, would last a couple seconds to a few days, sometimes a sharp pain starting at my navel. My sex drive is completely gone, i've lost my appetite for any foods, and lots of things taste funny. its extremely itchy down there as well as the back door. i've discovered multiple piles(presuming) they are, bleed bright red, its constantly itchy towards embarrassment, and a weird chalky discharge. Sometimes i feel faint and dizzy, my cheeks flush daily where it feels like a fever during lunch time. on top of that, i have what feels like a lump in my throat(which i assume might be globus) I got my test from the paps smear results back, i still need to do bowel and throat tests. I am honestly scared, my family has a history of breast as well as uterine cancer. I have a follow up appointment with my gynae on the 10th of July, but two weeks seem so far away and i am going crazy. can anyone please explain my results

What did your previous gynae base your diagnosis of early menopause on?

I'd say your AMH (egg reserve) is lower than it should be for your age but still plenty high enough.

She just did a paps smear, but for her, according to my symptoms is wat early menopause

According to your blood test results you are definetly not menopausal. Maybe perimenopausal based on symptoms but then your AMH is still decent

Thank you
