MRI results confirmed Endo (duuuh)

finally had my results back from my MRI and am awaiting the date for my laraposcopy but the results mean i spend ages googling what things mean as noone has spoken to me and gone through what they mean?!

did anyone have someone go through the results with them?

I was diagnosed through laparoscopy which I think most cases of endo are, I didnt really have anyone talk through much with me though I was left to get on with it while I waited 18 months for my surgery.

yeah i doubt myself ‘lucky’ they were able to diagnose me via US and MRI as the idea of having surgery and not getting an answer is scary to me.

just sucks that it’s been 20 days and no one bothered to even let me know the results were in let alone speak to me about them?

Diagnosis and management of endo is horrendous on the NHS. I had my surgery 3 years ago and I know it's come back but I don't even want to face fighting the doctors again for surgery so I'm just putting up with it. It's shit
