Pulling sensation down there and needing to urinate

Hi everyone, just seeing if anyone has had this. I keep feeling a sharp pulling sensation in my vagina specially the urethra area, when I press on the area just below my stomach button the pulling intensifies. I also feel a very increased urgency to pee frequently. I'd say infection but I've handed in a sample and they said it's no action

Prolapse bladder? Have you had an internal?
Same symptoms as me.. mines Prolapse..waiting to see a. urogynocologist .

How old are you?

Maybe a polyp? That was my first symptom

Embedded uti? Won’t always show as in urine samples

Fibroid? It can press down on your bladder and cause the sensation of urgency to pee. All pulls/puts pressure on everything in that area..
