Vaginal probiotics

I’m looking for recommendations for vaginal probiotics. I used Canesflor once before but it’s been discontinued and there don’t seem to be many probiotics on the market that actually go in the vagina. I’ve found a pessary but it contains garlic and rose oil which I don’t feel like I want up my foof.

I’m sceptical about whether an oral tablet will actually get the bacteria into the vagina but perhaps some MNers have had good experiences? I’m kind of wondering whether you can just pop the capsule up there if it doesn’t contain other ingredients.

Multi Gyn Actigel is a good pH balancing gel that is supposed to prevent bacterial vaginosis.

I haven’t tried that gel but I’m using BalanceActiv pessaries for pH as I feel it can’t hurt. But my problem is more yeasty, with symptoms that keep coming back

Probably a good idea to take general probiotics as well, if you aren't already, in addition to adding some fermented foods to your diet.
