Boost Immune System

Just asking for some general advise, please for tried and tested methods to boost your immune system. Normally manage to not get too many bouts of sickness, but the last 3 months have been horrid. Needed 3 x antibiotics, constant colds and just picked up COVID again.

Can anyone recommend some good pro biotics, supplements, etc? Obviously working on a decent diet, lots of rest, etc. Thank you!

You can't really 'boost' your immune system and it would be really scary if you could as overactive immune systems are bad for you.

It's the really boring things of good diet, rest, exercise, hand washing.

Check your vitamin D levels (you can buy kits in chemist shops or some large supermarkets) and supplement if necessary and/or get out in the sun. Optibac do a probiotic for after antibiotics to help get your gut back on track - obviously these need to be taken alongside a good pre-biotic diet (lots of plant based whole foods). Stay hydrated. Gentle exercise to build your strength and also plenty of rest.
