Bleeding at ovulation.

I’m 42 and I think deffo peri menopausal.

I clearly still ovulate as I have lots of discharge mid cycle and very keen to have sex/masturbate!

I wondered if anyone else mid-cycle has a little bleed? I have in the past but not for a long time.

Yesterday I masturbated a couple of times and then later in the day I noticed blood on my panty liner, not red but light and liquidy. I didn’t insert anything when masturbating so I know it’s not an injury.

Should I get checked out?

Hi, I have in the past and have gone for tests and been fine, linked to ovulation has been the suggestion as it was around the same time each month. Its cropped up again recently along with an extra period and it's being investigated but seems more tests this time, maybe because I'm 46 now. Hopefully it's nothing / is linked to perimenopause in both our cased.

Thanks @MsMoneyPennie should I get checked up? I’m certain I’m ovulating as I feel like I’m on heat (it’ll calm down in a day or two lol)!

I'd say best to ask your gp, yes. If it's same time as it used to be, then less likely to be a worry, but they're more qualified to say than I am.
