Bit of back story…I’ve only had one very light period since giving birth 5 months ago. For the past 4 months I’ve been taking the combined pill back to back with no break. For the past couple of weeks I’ve been spotting very lightly, however this morning I passed the following mass (see photo) , it’s a sort of peachy colour and wasn’t accompanied by any blood, although I am bleeding now. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be? Does it warrant a doctors appointment? (I don’t want to appear a complete drama queen)

Yep, decidual cast.

I’ve literally just passed another one, is this normal for decidual casts?

you mention you’ve been taking the pill back to back - are you on a break now?

No I'm not currently on a break, i’m currently midway through a pack, not missed any etc, which is why I was even more confused!

It does look like cast, but as you weren’t on a break from the pill I would just check with a GP their thoughts.
