Bloated tummy and something wrong downstairs

Been feeling like I have thrush or a uti..

Took a once tablet and drank loads of water... still feeling odd for a few days...

Just got out the bath and 10 mins later a load of water came out of me, as often happens. Then DH just told me I smell of fish!

What's wrong with me?! 😢

Sounds like bacterial vaginosis or thrush?

Think if it was thrush the tablet would've worked

Feels better today.
Have ordered the thrush & BV pessaries from Boots.
Presuming it's ok to use these if you don't need them?
