Fibroid ladies and planking - could this help??

I have fibroids (5-6cm) but no significant symptoms other than a sticky out belly. Has anyone in the same boat found that planking can 'suck it all in a bit'?

Not really, I had an 11cm fibroid removed. When I lay on my belly it felt like laying on a ball. I would say the bloat was cyclical, but I always at a pooch or what looked like fat/roundness to my suprapubic. Now my belly is totally flat.

And as it grows the symptoms get worse. I had sudden gushes of blood when I would stand up from a chair ( while not on my period). I wear light blue uniform at work several times I had to run the the bathroom wash and dry my trousers.

If I grew another…. I would defo get it removed again.

Thanks for responding- how did you have it removed? Was it myomectomy? I'm not sure I would be able to justify treatment as I don't really get any symptoms that are painful or unpleasant.
I did get flooding years ago but that seemed to stop with embolisation / menopause.

Yes, had a laparotomy rather than keyhole due to size + other complication.
