Just looking for some advice from those who are active, and have large fibroids. I have a 16cm fibroid and have a gynaecology appointment in September. In the meantime, I've started couch to 5K but have noticed the pain where the fibroid sits is painful, to the point it feels like I can feel the whole fibroid hurting in my stomach. Is there any kind of support pants or belt people have found to be helpful? I wondered if some kind of light compression would help support the weight.
