just looking for some advice. i stopped depo april 2023, my period returned in march, an again in april, although quite light. in may i had 6 days of spotting, then 6 days of a period flow. then i had nothing for 6 days, but i restarted my period and this time quite heavy, its not showing any signs of slowing down. i’m currently on day 6 of bleeding, should i just ride it out?
i have researched depo for months after coming off the injection and i know stopping contraception can cause irregular bleeding but i didn’t think it would be this bad!
