Discolour/ rash?

I've got some sort of discolouration/ rash something that's appeared at the top of my breast but to the side near my armpit. It's been a few days, I noticed slight discomfort and then had a look. No rubbing bra or deodorant in that area, it's about the size of half a palm of a hand.
I'm not a doctor timewaster and I know nobody here can sort it out; I'm just posting because I'm curious.
It's quite raised and reddish but very hard to get a pic!
Eczema maybe? Never had it before

Yes kind of, I'm a kind of lumpy bumpy person after breastfeeding. I stopped that three years ago; my armpits are also fairly lumpy and bumpy but I think that's just how I am

I tried to get an appointment today but they had run out despite my attempts at 8 sharp, I will try again tomorrow.
It's like winning a prize if you get an appointment 😂

You need to get an appt as a matter of urgency,rashes and discoloration needs to be checked out. More than likely nothing but mist be checked.
