hi, hoping for some advice.
i stopped depo april 2023. first period arrived in march, had a very light period in april, and now on my may period. it’s not heavy, just light to medium.
i have regular cramps, not painful just lingering. but today, not very long ago, i had a very intense electric shock feeling cramp on my lower abdomen/ right side. i’ve never had this before and it was painful enough to make me dizzy and nauseous after.
is this normal? i am 27 and haven’t had a period since i was a teenager due to contraception so i don’t have much knowledge.
