Hi all,

I'm 37, my periods have been strange lately, this month I was spotting for 5 days and today my period has properly started (6 days early)
I have period pains in my pubic bone area? I've never had this before, and Google doesn't really help!
It hurts when I lift my leg or walk. Has anyone had this before?!

Only in pregnancy due to hormones affecting the area.

I had SPD during my pregnancies but that was quite a few years ago now,

I really don't know what this is an it's rather painful

Very very occasionally before having children, very often afterwards. I had SPD, and it felt like periods reactivated it.

Ive got this aswell before periods sometimes, feels like the early stages of labour , like my bones gonna split down there...
