Hey... I'm 7 weeks pregnant
Up to now I've felt good. But last few days the sickness has hit so hard. Literally unbearable I can't function.

Any tips?? Xxx

This might get more traction in the pregnancy section! Lots of people suggest ginger for sickness/nausea (teas, biscuits etc) but I can't stand ginger on a good day 😂 I found that if I ate first thing in the morning it helped to starve it off.

If you are really struggling you might have HG and can be prescribed anti sickness meds x

They are fantastic and really responsive.

Proper rest is a good place to start. If it’s a severe form of pregnancy sickness I really wouldn’t recommend ginger; it’s horrific to throw up.

I took Stemetil (prescription only but am an emetophobic and couldn't cope with feeling sick) but Sea Bands are very effective. Also, don't get hungry. Graze, graze and graze some more.
