Prolapse after Hysterectomy

Looking for advice, so upset...

I had a total hysterectomy with an ovary removed last August.

Everything was fine, until recently. I'm overweight so have been doing weight training with a personal trainer recently and worried it has caused a prolapse. i'm now very constipated, with difficulty emptying the bowels (which i wasn't before) and feel a heaviness/pressure/sitting on a ball feeling.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? And was there any non-surgical solutions? Did it go away?

Prolapse doesn't 'go away' OP. It can often be improved with physio/specific exercises. You need to seek medical help for this.
