Hopefully someone can help! I have a cystocele. Finally after almost 18 months, got my uro/gynae appointment. Lovely lady, measured, fitted. Showed me how. Said to remove weekly wash , place in hot water to soften. Fold in half,bit of KY or similar on top end. Insert. Well, I did the foot on stool,lay on bed.my finger wasn't long enough to reach it! In the end I knelt on the floor,coughed and got hold of the bugger. Washed, dried,but my arthritic hands, I can't bend it.i tried hot water, obviously you have to let it cool. I've had 3 goes, now sore (vaginal atrophy)I want to do it,it's lovely not having gripeypains, being able to pee, open bowels,and bend around like a normal person. Instead of contorting on the toilet, hardly being able to bend down. Tips please!!
