But I can't take iron or vitamin c (awaiting haemachromatosis diagnosis), any b vitamins (make me sick) or magnesium (causes insomnia). I'm currently taking vit d, a probiotic and cod liver oil. I walk 45 mins every morning, and 5-6 exercise classes/swim/jog each week. Ok diet, I cook fresh dinner every day decent range of fruit and veg and doing 8-16 IF. I'm on HRT for about 6 months.

I've had a run of mild eye infections (styes and the like), snuffly nose, sore throat, etc so I'm in need of something. Since a month on a white sand beach being fanned and fed peeled grapes is unlikely to be in the gp's prescription guide, is there a magic bullet I can get in Boots?

How's your sleep? If it could be improved I guess there are things you could do there.

Other than that I think the only other thing I can think of is how you kind of 'move through your day'. Do you run around in the morning, shoot off to work, walk the dog at lunchtime, work more, do the school run, go to your exercise class, make everyone dinner, and then exhausted you slump on the sofa for two hours? If that's kind of how it goes I might suggest rejigging a bit if you can. eg cook slowly and leisurely in the evening for the next day's dinner. Then you can have a fifteen minute sit down with a cuppa after exercise class. Or whatever works to get some shorter breaks in throughout the day?

Sleep is always a challenge, although I am getting better at good practices. Might be an idea to look for ways to break up the day better, I'll have a think. Thanks. I feel like a tonic is the type of thing I really need, I just can't have it!
