I’m not sure if this is womens health or not but I wondered if this is peri linked. I have been getting periods of time where my ankle joints are really sore and then goes away. At the moment I’ve got ankle pain again but I also have intermittent knee pain and ankle / finger join pain. Any ideas?! I have had two autoimmune disease in the past and am on thyroxine. May be related? Does anyone have any ideas about how to relieve the ankle pain?

Yeah could be related to your existing conditions I'd see a gp. Are you taking paracetamol and ibuprofen?

@welshycake No- not asking anything at the moment. Just putting up with it!

Oh well don't do that! Take painkillers. Regularly. And see your gp.

Sounds a bit like rheumatoid arthritis, especially as you already have autoimmune issues. Definitely go to the GP and see what they say. Best of luck.
