So my physio recently advised I try Yes Vaginal Moisturiser, with the applicator. After using the applicator I realised the final step of the instructions say "for safe removal, squeeze the end of the tube while withdrawing". I... didn't do this. I'm slightly bothered what the safety concern could be in this instance - air bubble?! I have no idea. Before I go down a rabbit hole and panic completely unnecessarily, does anyone know why that's the advice they give, and hopefully maybe give me peace of mind? I have some slight pressure in my lower stomach but entirely possible it's because I'm just feeling anxious.
