Any radiologists out there?

I had a pelvic ultrasound yesterday as I've had some fertility issues and also some bleeding in between periods. I do know I have a small cyst near an ovary as the radiologist mentioned in last year when I had a miscarriage but said it was very common. Yesterday at my scan, the radiologist was taking a lot of images and it took around 20 minutes including one outside via my tummy and another internal. I've also now received an appointment from my doctor on Monday (I'm outside the UK and in a private system) -- but together the long ultrasound and quick appointment is making me worried. I did look at the ultrasound screen but wasn't sure wha it was looking at. I did see that she was measuring a white blotch and that she was typing something beginning with A underneath. Not particularly I'm helpful but wondering if any radiologists might know what this means? I know Monday is not far to wait but the wait over the weekend is making me start to worry.
