Bear with me on this one...
I started the pill just under 4 weeks ago as my periods were getting so heavy. I am married, 40 yrs old and husband has had a vasectomy so it wasn't for birth control. All has been well on the pill so far.
About a wk ago, I started to feel pretty unwell. I had pains in my lower back and stomach that didn't feel like period cramps. I was dizzy and felt a bit nauseous. This has lasted all week. In addition to this, I started to get some spot bleeding. Nothing heavy, just an occasional small bleed when I wiped myself. Fast forward to today...the pains were pretty intense. I had increased blood this morning so wore sanitary product. This aftn, I felt a lot of blood and found I had passed something. I am used to clots but this wasn't like anything before for me. It had grey in it as well as blood. Fast forward again to this evening, more 'clot' which was larger and very mucusy with more grey (sorry, TMI) This is really new to me and I am a bit worried. I panic about all things such as this due to my mum having womb cancer so I am totally paranoid. Do you think all of these issues are coning from the pill or could they be more serious? I know none of us are doctors, I just wanted to see if anyone had any experience of this?
