Breast pain..do I go back to go again?

I've had on and off non cyclical left breast pain since breastfeeding about two years ago. I had a mammogram and ultrasound 18 months ago, all fine.
Since then I have been back and forth to go with neck strain and trapped nerves in my neck and various medications etc.
The last few days I've got awful pain in my left arm pit and tingling, if I sleep on that side it's constant throbbing pain. I'm now worrying something was missed but don't want to appear neurotic by mentioning it again as it could be related to trapped nerves or even perimenopause (I'm 42, older mum). No lumps or changes.
Our GP are very difficult to get an appointment with, they usually get a paramedic or similar to call and fob you off which is what they did with my trapped nerves until it go to the point I couldn't move my arm.
Getting a bit of health anxiety about this.
