Fibroids and back pain

I have had 3 fibroids now for the past couple of years. Had a scan recently and they have grown significantly. I suffer from lower back pain and abdominal pain every day. Do you think this could be from the fibroids? Anyone else suffered this?

Another fibroider here - currently on the sofa with a hottie bc of awful abdominal cramp. Yes, get it in my back sometimes too. Sympathy - they can be real fuckers.

Have you discussed any treatment for them with your consultant?
