Sore bits.. tmi

Ok so I know I could go to a doctor but part of me is embarrassed and part of me is waiting to see if it resolved itself.

I had burning sensation while weeing and pressure feeling down there so got antibiotics from chemist.. the burning cleared up but I'm left with such sore bits...

I'm taking ibrufen every 4 hours and regular baths with epsom salts in but I'm in such pain! An aching and pressure pain along with agony when I wipe after the toilet.

When I have looked it seems to be a graze on my premium which looks sore, along with a kind of soft fleshy lump?

Could it be a hemmeroid nearer to my peremium?

I'm applying sudocrem to the 'graze' and vaseline but what else can I do?!

TBH I would have to get it checked out it could be thrush caused by antibiotics or a any multitude of different things
I know you feel embarrassed but you don't want it to get worse

This is why you shouldn't be allowed antibiotics without seeing a doctor.

Don't self medicate any more and call your gp in the morning
