I am having a hysteroscopy

Don't be. I had one and it was nowhere near as bad as I thought.
Take 2 paracetamol before and you will be okay. The nurses were amazing. So reassuring.

3 weeks for lab results to be returned then 1 week for letter to be typed and sent out.

My results were 10 days - 14 days from procedure to follow up appt with the consultant. But it was private so maybe faster? I wasn't remotely worried though and I'd seen the photos when I came around from the anaesthetic and the consultant said he couldn't see anything worrying.

@Mitchell35 they will have taken a good biopsy and at least now you know it's there and if it needs to be treated, it will be. Try not to worry. There's literally nothing you can do in the meantime.
