Is there a doctor in the house?

Hello MN
Are there any HCPs in the house to help with this one? I had a full thyroidectomy a few years ago and since then have been on levothyroxine. My tsh level has generally been between 0.5-2 over last 3 years. But when I got it checked in January it had shot down to .15! On the advice of my doctor I've changed my meds and 3 months later I've zoomed up to 4.6. This didn't seem to concern the doctor at all ( I know it's within the range) but it kind of concerns me as it's been so level for 3 years. Is he right to think it's no big deal? Have I dipped into hypothyroidism now? Would really appreciate a second opinion on this...
