Gastric Problems post C Section

So I had an EMCS about 5 weeks ago, since then I’ve had 3 episodes of vomiting and diarrhoea, accompanied by the horrible sulphur (eggy) burps !! Sorry tmi. It happens in the morning for about 2-3 hours, I go for a sleep, I wake up and it’s gone? Is this purely coincidence or could be an after effect of the CS? I’m going to phone GP on Monday because 3 bouts of it seems abnormal to me and I just want to get checked. Just wondering if anyone has had anything similar?

After my c section I’ve had really terrible taste in my mouth but not been unwell.
When did it start? Have they been spread out over the last 5 weeks or has it been within the last few days?

Spread out over the last 5 weeks, so feel I get better then it comes back which is disheartening. The eggy burps and the fact it’s coming and going is leading me towards giardia? Unsure where I would have picked it up though.
