Is this normal?

I'm half way through my antibiotics for a UTI. I had some blood in my urine and burning which has settled now but I have a dull ache in my back on the lower leaf side which started after I spoke to the doctor and this system seems worse/ persistent. Is it worth speaking again to my GP or finish antibiotics first? They have taken a urine sample to test

I’d say finish antibiotics first if you can. I had loin pain when I had a UTI too, it was my first symptom.
How many days left have you got?
