Any thoughts on what this could be?

I've got a v small bump on my labia. It's a bump in the labia as opposed to something growing on top of the skin. I previously had HPV - and a few warts on my body - diagnosed through my smear. Was told this is different HPV strain to genital warts. Last smear 2 months ago was clear for HPV. Then the bump appeared. Bump is same colour as labia but when skin is stretched it looks white. You can barely notice it without stretching the skin. It's not a pimple. I've had these in my genital area before.
Thoughts ?

Also to add, partner has a new bump on his scrotum, v similar to mine. We've not had sex yet but have been close in bed

A cyst? If you’re in a new relationship and live in the UK, how about you both go to a sexual health clinic where you can get the bumps checked out and get full STI/HIV screening
