Could really do with some advice

I have had total hysterectomy including overies. Had it done beginning of jan. I’m 43
im on 100 patch
1 pump of gel
testosterone
sleep is good
but I have absolutely NO appetite lost a stone in the last 2 months.
low mood
no energy
aching legs
feel like I’m about 80
any ideas on what I’m high or low on in regards hrt. Doctors are useless so thought I’d ask people who have been through it.

Have you had other things checked like your thyroid?

It could be that one pump of gel is not enough?

@MagpiePi yes all bloods and thyroid come back normal.
