Random bleeding. Any ideas why?

So my last period only finished 10 days ago yet today I come on again (or so I thought). Had some light spotting yesterday but I just assumed that was down to DTD, but then this morning I went to the toilet and found bright red blood (just looked like regular period blood. This was around 11am. But ever since 6pm it's completely gone, no blood at all and not even the slightest tint of pink when I wipe. So am just really confused with what is going on. Anyone experienced anything like this before or any ideas?

Also had some light cramps earlier this afternoon but that has also disappeared now. Haven't a clue what is going on

I honestly don't know but from my flo screenshot of when my last period was, would that even be possible?

Update: twice today (4 April) there has been small amounts of brown blood when I wiped but no actual flow of blood and all has now disappeared again since 5pm. Just so random haven't a clue what is going on

You need to talk to a Dr as it could be any number of things.

Polyps, fibroids, endometriosis, cervical cancer...

It's something that should be checked.

Yeah I will get an appointment made. But in the meantime I have read that it can be due to dramatic weight loss and I have just lost almost 6 stone in last 6 months so am hoping that is all it is.

If you find out what it is, please do share. I've had this for months now, random spotting any day of the month, increasing in frequency to almost daily at one point. Either brown or pink discharge only noticeable when I wipe or have sex, but never more than that.
Been to the doctors, tested for infections and cervical cancer, polyps, fibroid, cervical exam and they found nothing.
I'm relieved it's not any of those things, so I'm less worried now, but it's still frustrating when having sex and there is an unexpected mess (well I kind of am expecting it now, which kind of makes me overthink it during sex and anxious to check if I can see anything red or pink, worried DP will be put off)
Gp thinks it might be contraception, but I'm on the combined pill (not a low dose).
When I research and from what I've heard from friends all other forms of contraception seem to have a higher chance of spotting than the pill, so not sure if I gain anything by switching.

Are your smear tests up to date? Could be worth having an extra one. It could be an ectropion or hpv or both. While doing a smear, if its an ectropion the nurse or whoever takes it might see it and tell you. Mine did, ectropions are pretty harmless but can get bleeding after sex, and I did seem to get a tad in the middle of the month for some reason ( hormones cause it so probably why around ovulation). Even happened post going for a run, doesn't take a lot to make them bleed.
